Zondini
Project Description
This commission was for Mark Zonda’s side project “Zondini” sung purely in Italian, this new album is called ”Sole, Tele, Cereali Svedesi” that is “Sun, Telly and Swedish Cereals”.
So to try and capture all of these I went for a composition based on the film Flakes which is all about a cereal selling cafe. I’ve also gone for a different style for a change. The majority of my illustration work on here is very carefully inked. I create a rough sketch and then later ink it to get the effect I’m after. However the preliminary sketch I sent to Mark was loved so much that I developed it in this style.
