Marionette style ceramic necklace. All limbs move, adjustable silver plated chain 20 and 18 inch (collarbone and base of neck).
Long ago I was looking for a fully automated necklace but couldn’t find one I liked. So after a few sketches, draft necklaces in clay I reached this design for Ari. Named after Ari Up from the Slits although bearing no resemblance! I wanted a name that sounded gender neutral.
Each necklace is hand crafted in clay and the details are hand glazed and fired at Clayspace in Margate.
Necklace comes in presentation box for protection.
